Making the world better, one person at a time.
People are the most important thing in life. My dual Bachelors degrees in Communications: Organizational Leadership and Theatre have given me the skills to relate to all kinds of people.
I began working for Academic Innovations very part time during college doing database maintenance. The Curriculum Support Director, my valued mentor Georgette Phillips, requested me for her assistant once I graduated. I worked in depth with her and quickly became a valuable member of the Success and Support team. We grew the sustainability from less than 25% to over 75% over 7 years. Due to health reasons, Georgette retired 6 years ago and I have run the department under the Vice President of Support with various amazing team members ever since.
For 8 years I split time between my full time Customer Success/Support position, Stage Management, and caregiving for my 94 year old grandma who passed in August 2021.
When I had maxed my growth potential with Academic Innovations and was searching for something that would allow me to be self-motivated, hard-working, and would give me the opportunity to use my strong entrepreneurial spirit, I found AMOppotinites. They have allowed me to help international medical students pursue their dream to continue their education in the US. Here I found a high-growth environment where I don’t know all the answers but have had the opportunity to learn and improve what we do with plenty of opportunities to expand my skills.
Now, as a motivated Customer Success Analyst transitioning from Customer Success Management, I offer expertise in content strategy and data analytics. Skilled in extracting insights and providing strategic recommendations, I excel at collaborating with analytics, consulting, and customer success teams.
In my spare time I love being with my 4 year old puppy, Bingo. She and I love going into the wild of Southern Illinois and taking photographs of the flora and fauna (and, in Bingo’s case, trying to eat everything).
